Information for the public

The wider public will be informed of the changing situation by the government and via the website www.infocrise.lu, titter @infocriseLU and the media.

A government free-phone number (Hotline) is also activated to enable direct communication between the public authorities and the population.

The number to call is 8002 7788, which is in use throughout the crisis, 24/7, manned by volunteers from the Rescue Services Agency's (CGDIS) psychological support group (Administration des services de secours, ASS) or staff from the Grand Ducal Police's psychological service.
