Mass casualties

This section provides information on the package of emergency measures to be taken in the event of an incident involving a significant number of casualties within the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

It describes the 'Mass Casualties' plan, its objectives, stakeholders and management bodies, presents the situations that could lead to its implementation, provides two cases for the activation of the Crisis Cell and summarises in an understandable form how the emergency response will be coordinated.
