This section provides information on the package of emergency measures to be taken in the event of an attack involving chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear substances within the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

It describes the 'CBRN' plan and its objectives and management bodies, and presents the two situations which could trigger the plan and the steps that would be taken.
