Stakeholders

Based on the proposals put forward by the Prime Minister, the government decides whether to implement the provisions and measures provided by the government plan.

The Minister of Home Affairs (Rescue Services Agency) and the Minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure (the Air Navigation Administration and the Administration for Roads and Bridges) ensure that the necessary measures are properly executed over the entire country. Each minister will implement the applicable measures in respect of the administrations, departments and establishments that fall under their remit.

They will convey the necessary instructions and measures to the stakeholders who will take action within their respective fields.

On a local level, the municipalitys exercice their competencies in accordance with their legal obligations and missions.
