Elaboration of an emergency response plan in the event of a CBRN-attack

On 12 April 2016, the Council of Government gave its agreement of principle to begin the works of coordination for the elaboration of an emergency response plan in the event of an attack by chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear substances (CBRN).
The gravity of an incident involving CBRN-agents is mainly linked to the toxicity of products, their insidious and progressive mode of contamination as well as their persistence.
